Delivery
We deliver to all mainland counties in England, with the exception of Cornwall. We do not deliver to Scotland, Ireland or Wales.
If you would like to request delivery to an area we don’t deliver to, please get in touch.
Delivery costs are below. Your delivery time and cost will be calculated at checkout.

Kitchen orders
Your kitchen will be delivered in 5 weeks or more, which means less time counting down, and more time getting ready: fitter booked, cupboards planned, kettle position decided.
You will receive your confirmed delivery date at least one week before delivery.
Your kitchen will arrive fully assembled, not flat packed. That means your cabinets are built and ready to be installed.
Other products
Some products, such as apppliances, are ordered from other suppliers, which could extend delivery times. Please see specific product page for exact delivery timings.
Getting ready for delivery
A bit of prep now means fewer delivery-day headaches later, so before your kitchen arrives, please make sure:
- Your old kitchen, where possible, has been removed or the room is ready for storage.
- There is a clear, safe route from the delivery vehicle to your home.
- You have notified us of any restrictions en route – a good rule to work from is, if a bin lorry can access it, we will be able to.
- You have notified us of any steps into your property – even two steps can impact delivery when lifting heavy appliances.
- Hallways, doorways and access points are free from obstacles.
- You have enough space to store your assembled cabinets safely.
- Someone is available at the property to receive and check the delivery.
It’s worth remembering that a kitchen delivery can be bulky. Cabinets, panels, worktops, appliances and accessories all need a safe place to sit until your fitter is ready for them.
On delivery day
Our delivery team will bring your order to the agreed delivery address and make sure it is handled with care into your room of choice.
Please check your order as soon as possible once it arrives. If anything looks damaged, missing or not quite right, let us know straight away so we can help get it sorted.
Need a replacement?
When your order arrives, please take a little time to check everything over and make sure you’re happy with what’s been delivered.
If you spot any visible damage, missing items or incorrect products, let us know within 48 hours, so we can resolve things quickly and avoid delays to your installation.
We will ask for photos of the damage or for the item to be returned to us, so we can review it properly and help get things sorted.
