1. 20% Off Stone Worktops

1. Customers purchasing a qualifying stone worktop as part of a Paula Rosa Kitchens kitchen order will receive 20% off the selling price of the qualifying stone worktop.
2. The 20% discount applies to the stone worktop element of the order only and does not apply to kitchen cabinets, appliances, sinks, taps, accessories, installation, delivery, surveys, design fees or other products or services unless expressly stated.
3. The promotion applies only to qualifying stone worktops supplied by Paula Rosa Kitchens.
4. The discount will be calculated against the applicable selling price of the qualifying stone worktop at the time the order is placed.

2. Free Hot Tap Offer

1. Customers placing a qualifying kitchen order with a value of over £5,000 will also be eligible to receive a free promotional hot tap.
2. The £5,000 qualifying spend is based on the value of qualifying kitchen products purchased from Paula Rosa Kitchens, after the application of any promotional discounts, and excludes delivery, installation, surveys, design fees and other service charges.
3. The free hot tap is limited to one per qualifying kitchen order and household.
4. The offer applies to the hot tap model specified by Paula Rosa Kitchens as part of the promotion and is subject to availability.
5. The free hot tap has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a discount against the kitchen order.
6. If the specified promotional hot tap becomes unavailable, Paula Rosa Kitchens reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative product of an equivalent or greater value.
7. Any installation requirements or costs associated with the hot tap are not included unless expressly confirmed as part of the customer's kitchen order.

3. Combining the Offers

1. Qualifying customers may benefit from both promotions on the same kitchen order. For example, a qualifying kitchen order over £5,000 that includes an eligible stone worktop may receive both the 20% stone worktop discount and the free promotional hot tap.
2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Paula Rosa Kitchens promotional discount, promotional code or offer.

4. Promotional Period and Eligibility

1. To qualify for both offers, the kitchen order must be placed and the required deposit paid between 14 October 2026 and 11 November 2026 inclusive.
2. Kitchen orders placed between 17 September and 13 October 2026 remain eligible for the 20% stone worktop promotion but will not qualify retrospectively for the Free Hot Tap promotion.
3. The Free Hot Tap promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to kitchen orders placed before 14 October 2026.
4. Both promotions end on 11 November 2026. Orders placed after this date will not qualify.

5. Amendments, Cancellations and Returns

1. If a qualifying kitchen order is subsequently amended and its qualifying value falls to £5,000 or below, the customer will no longer qualify for the free hot tap.
2. Where an order is amended, cancelled or partially refunded, Paula Rosa Kitchens reserves the right to recalculate any promotional discount or promotional entitlement based on the revised order value.
3. If a customer cancels or returns products forming part of the qualifying order and this results in the order no longer meeting the promotional criteria, the value of the free promotional product may be deducted from any refund due where permitted under the applicable terms of sale and consumer law.

6. General

1. Both promotions are subject to product availability.
2. Paula Rosa Kitchens reserves the right to amend, withdraw or replace either promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. This does not affect qualifying orders already accepted under the promotion.
3. Nothing in these promotional terms affects a customer's statutory rights.
4. All purchases remain subject to Paula Rosa Kitchens' standard terms and conditions of sale.

Both offers end 11 November 2026.
