2. Promotion Period

The 10% cabinet discount promotion runs from 20 July 2026 until 16 September 2026, inclusive. The secondary free gift offer runs from 19 August 2026 until 16 September 2026, inclusive.

 

3. 10% Cabinet Discount Offer

Customers who place a qualifying kitchen order during the promotional period will receive 10% off Paula Rosa Kitchens cabinets, including kitchen units, doors and handles.

The 10% discount applies to cabinet products only and does not apply to worktops, sinks, taps, appliances, accessories, installation, delivery, surveys, design fees or any other products or services unless expressly stated.

The discount will be applied at the point of quotation or order and cannot be retrospectively applied to orders placed before 20 July 2026 or after 16 September 2026.

 

4. Secondary Free Gift Offer

From 19 August 2026 until 16 September 2026, eligible customers who place a qualifying new kitchen order will receive up to £750 off their order based on the total qualifying order value.

The money off tiers are as follows:

• Spend £5,000+ and get £250 off total order value.
• Spend £7,500+ and get £500 off total order value.
• Spend £10,000+ and get £750 off total order value.

Qualifying for a higher spend tier does not entitle the customer to other lower ‘money off’ values. For example, a customer spending £7,500+ will receive £500 off, not £500 AND £250.

Money off applies to qualifying orders placed during the secondary offer period only and cannot be retrospectively applied to orders placed before 19 August 2026.

There is no refund, credit or exchange available.

 

5. Qualifying Orders

A qualifying order must be for a new Paula Rosa Kitchens kitchen placed directly with Paula Rosa Kitchens during the relevant promotional period.

For the secondary offer, the qualifying spend must be calculated after any applicable discounts have been applied, unless otherwise stated.

Orders must be confirmed and any required deposit paid during the relevant promotional period to qualify.

 

6. Combining Offers

The 10% cabinet discount and secondary offer may be used together on qualifying orders placed between 19 August 2026 and 16 September 2026, provided all eligibility criteria are met.

These promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, voucher, price match, trade discount or promotion unless expressly agreed by Paula Rosa Kitchens in writing.

 

7. Amendments, Cancellations and Returns

If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or amended so that it no longer meets the eligibility criteria, Paula Rosa Kitchens reserves the right to withdraw the promotional discount and/or free gift.

If a customer’s order is amended and the qualifying spend falls below the relevant threshold, Paula Rosa Kitchens reserves the right to reduce, remove or substitute the money off accordingly.

 

8. Availability

This promotional offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended if circumstances arise beyond Paula Rosa Kitchens’ reasonable control.

The promotion is available to UK retail customers only.

Paula Rosa Kitchens reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the promotion where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraud, error or breach of these terms and conditions.

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms do not affect customers’ statutory rights.
