" The spray painted finish & colour is guaranteed for a period of 10 years. Whilst glass is a strong & durable material, it cannot be guaranteed against breakage or surface damage. It should not be subjected to impact with hard objects which may cause breakage. Mirror glass splashbacks are susceptible to damp which will in time cause the silver backing to deteriorate, so they cannot be guaranteed in a humid environment. "
